The company G. FRONAS SA aims at the complete satisfaction of its customers, by analyzing their current and future needs, meeting the requirements and trying to exceed their expectations.

These objectives are accomplished through the implementation of a Quality Management System according to the ISO9001: 2015 standard, including the existing legislative requirements (EU 2013 / C 343/01, ΔΥ8δ / Γ.Π.ικ./1348 etc.) in the supply, storage and distribution of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics and related products, food and beverages and other consumer products and logistics services, as well as through an integrated risk management program (QRM), which supports the early detection and management of identified or potential risks.

Measurable objectives for the quality of the products are established, which are reviewed in terms of their suitability at regular intervals by the Management.

The Management declares its absolute commitment to the observance of the predetermined principles of the Quality System and the continuous improvement of its efficiency. It is committed to providing all the necessary resources for the effective implementation and has appointed Quality Manager, Mr. Fronas Georgios and his replacement, Ms. Garyfalia Berdi, for the establishment and maintenance of this system.

The company is committed that any collection and processing of personal data will be carried out in a lawful manner, in accordance with the applicable decisions and regulations of the Personal Data Protection Authority.
