Returns will be accepted from the 1st to the 10th of the month, based on the following schedule:

• In FEBRUARY for medicine that expire 1st, 2nd and 3rd month of the year
• In MAY for medicine that expire on the 4th, 5th and 6th month of the year
• In AUGUST for medicine that expire on the 7th, 8th and 9th month of the year
• In OCTOBER for medicine that expire on the 10th, 11th and 12th month of the year
• Contrasts that expire on the 1st semester, 2nd semester, must be returned 8 months before their expiration
• Milk that expires in the first half of the year, return FEBRUARY, MAY
• Milk expiring in the second half, return AUGUST, OCTOBER
  – RONTAMIL, 4 months before the expiration of the product
  – ΝΑΝ, 1st Infants are normally credited
  – NAN, 2nd Infant and SINLAC Baby Cream are refunded and credited at 37%
  – NESTLE NATURΝES are repaid and credited at 25%.
• XENETIX – METOJECT – HYDROXYUREA – DORATEN which expire in the first semester, return in January and in the second semester in July.

WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED:
1) Parapharmaceuticals (contact lens fluids, diagnostic tests, cosmetics, consumer goods, etc.)
2) Medicine – non-expired parapharmaceuticals.
3) Medicine requiring refrigeration that have not been stored in the proper condition (other than expired)

All returned items must be in good condition, free of value, not altered, torn or written with a pen and bearing the authenticity tape (for medicine) intact.

Medicine requiring refrigeration that have not expired must be notified to the driver prior to receipt and must be removed from the refrigerator upon departure.

Items that come from any errors in the ordering can be returned, after consultation with our company, within 2 days from the day of receipt accompanied by a Delivery Note.
